Account Deletion Request

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from AgentHub (by NiyoGen PTE LTD), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email from your registered account email address to:
    support@niyogen.com
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. In the body of the email, please confirm clearly that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

Data We Delete

  • Personal Profile (Name, Email)
  • Account Credentials
  • Usage & Activity History
  • Agent Purchase & Download Records
  • Communication Preferences

Data We May Retain

As required for legal or operational purposes:

  • Anonymized marketplace analytics
  • Financial/Transaction records for tax compliance
  • Legally required logs and audit trails

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days. Please note that while your account will be inaccessible immediately after processing, some data may remain in our encrypted secure backups for up to 30 days before being fully purged.
